Infertility in women: there are several factors that can make women infertile. Sometimes, carelessness on the part of ladies can make diseases pile up, causing blockages, and we wouldn’t know. Some think that because they ovulate, they won’t experience or battle infertility. It’s possible you ovulate and still battle infertility. This is a condition known as PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). This is one condition that ladies don’t really pay attention to. We focus on the word “infection”. Kola Adesanya, a health practitioner has talked about some causes that ladies should look into.
“PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease) can cause blockage of the fallopian tubes and affects other reproductive organs.
When PID is left untreated or not properly treated over a long period of time can lead to infertility by damaging permanently the reproductive organs and as a woman, u may never be able to get pregnant or have children of ur own.
When u have infections like vaginosis and other STI’s aunties, sisters, mummies, be very aggressive treating infections
PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) another leading cause of infertility in women. It’s very common symptoms; facial hair growth, and more importantly irregular or no menstruation at all or heavy flow during menstruation. Your menstruation can stop for months, u can become obsessed.
Cry out and don’t die in silence, seek help before it’s too late.”
He also talked about Pyelonephritis, another kind of UTI.
Pyelonephritis (inflammation of the kidney due to bacterial infection) is another very stubborn UTI (Urinary Tract infection).
It is caused by bacteria and it starts from the urethra/ bladder and then travels to the kidney through the Ureter. During that journey to the kidney u can experience a very severe pain on ur back or side. strong and Sharp pain that may land u in the hospital.
Common symptoms; painful urination, always having urge to urinate, foul and smelly urine, as mentioned earlier severe back or side pains amongst others.
Pyelonephritis is common among women but men also do have it.
